Are we fooled by seemingly harmless things? Father, give us wisdom and discernment to see according to grace in your light and not fear and confusion.

Thanks Jay.jasonShttp://www.endlessimpact.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-208483639990881800.post-2498753234648333442011-11-15T07:28:24.624-05:002011-11-15T07:28:24.624-05:00Me as well Susan...so much to pray about and guard...Me as well Susan...so much to pray about and guard against.Jay Cookinghamhttp://soulfari.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-208483639990881800.post-66867575719174116492011-11-14T19:19:03.643-05:002011-11-14T19:19:03.643-05:00Pondering your questions and your thoughts.Pondering your questions and your thoughts.S. Yet, when I was a child -- being abused physically and emotionally and molested by a variety of men a number of times -- it wasn't anything that was paid attention to. I grew up angry and violent and suicidal and buried in alcoholism. IF the Lord hadn't broken into my life when I was a few months shy of 21, I believe I'd have been dead a long time ago. Now, at 66, I'm moving along fairly healthily. And I sure do understand all sides of this. It just makes my heart break and my anger rise like a sky rocket when I hear these details.

Thanks, Friend, for posting about this. Sorry if I've yammered to much, but, you really hit my core.Joanne Nortonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-208483639990881800.post-51144359159880652172011-11-13T22:21:04.885-05:002011-11-13T22:21:04.885-05:00Me also bro'...I know the road that one walks ...Me also bro'...I know the road that one walks back from that kind of abuse. But the problem of this kind of behavior transcends the child abuse issue -- it's a problem of authority and leadership more generally -- poltiics and government, business, academia.

But those children -- it make me sick.Glynnhttp://faithfictionfriends.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
